Reaching Regions

Here at Patch, we believe that every child, no matter their geographic location or background, deserves the opportunity to engage in the arts – to have fun, express themselves, tap into their creativity and feel a little magic.

Watch the video below to see the incredible impact of Patch’s work in regional and remote communities in 2023-2024.

Sadly, many children in regional and remote areas are missing out.

Patch needs your support to help cover the costs of taking our work on the road so we can reach the most disadvantaged young people living in regional and remote parts of SA and beyond.

Research shows that engaging children in live interactive theatre experiences improves their social and emotional wellbeing and challenges them to think beyond themselves - to explore their world, where they fit in and their relationships to others – all while being filled with wonder and joy.

We invite you to support Patch by making a gift today:

- $25 will provide a ticket for a disadvantaged child to a Patch show

- $50 will send a teacher to a Patch Professional Learning session

- $100 will invite a family experiencing disadvantage to a Patch show

- $500 will bring a whole school class to see a Patch show

- $1,000 will pay for an artist can deliver a day of in-school Spark experiences

Each gift, no matter how big or small, makes a difference and all gifts $2 and above are tax deductible.

Help Patch reach the regions!

Kindness looks good on you!

About Patch Theatre

At Patch Theatre, we believe in celebrating childhood in its purest form. Since 1972, our performances have been guided by the curiosity, wonder, and awe that define a child's perspective. With over 115 world-class productions, we've touched the lives of more than 2 million children, parents, and grandparents, offering access to quality arts experiences regardless of background or ability. Our design-led process involves input from children at all stages, to remind us what the truth of play really is, especially in this digital world that we live in. We believe quality arts experiences are an essential part of childhood learning and development.
